All SimpleTexting contact lists are self-cleaning, meaning we detect dead numbers and automatically mark them as invalid or unsubscribed. This way, you don’t spend credits on invalid numbers.
If you send a message to a landline, number that’s been shut off, or contact outside of North America—they’ll be removed from future sends. No need for you to do it manually or even let us know!
We also monitor for STOP words and automatically remove those contacts from your list to ensure you remain CTIA compliant.
