30-day Money-Back Guarantee Policy
SimpleTexting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your monthly Services fee on your purchase of a monthly plan. Our money-back guarantee is not available to customers who sign up on an annual plan. Capitalized terms used in this policy without definition shall have the meanings assigned to them in the SimpleTexting Terms and Conditions.
Policy: Under this policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our Services, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you first purchased your monthly plan from SimpleTexting and we will refund 100% of your first monthly Services fee, subject to the below terms.
IMPORTANT: Our money-back guarantee only applies to your monthly Services fee and does not apply to any additional fees that may be charged by us (including but not limited to set-up fees, overage fees, Pass Through Charges, 10DLC fees, and taxes) or third parties (such as carrier fees) related to your use of the services. You will still be responsible for paying all such fees as charged, regardless of whether our money-back guarantee applies. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to any add-on or custom services or plans.
Eligibility: In order to be eligible to take advantage of this policy, you must:
(1) Be a paying SimpleTexting customer signed up on a monthly plan;
(2) Not previously have received any money-back guarantee offered by SimpleTexting;
(4) The customer must:
- Attend an onboarding call with our onboarding or Customer Success Manager (CSM) team within 15 days of signing up. If you have a CSM please contact them. If you don’t have a CSM, please book an onboarding call here.
- Provide proof of promotion of your opt-in method upon cancellation as described below.
Please note that signing up for a monthly plan alone is not sufficient for eligibility under this policy.
How to Take Advantage of our 30-day money-back guarantee: To take advantage of this policy, you must contact us via our online chat function within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you first purchased your monthly plan. In the chat, you must provide all required information including proof of promotion of your opt-in method, state that you wish to cancel your account, and request your refund under this policy. SimpleTexting may require verification that the above terms were met, the requestor’s identity, and the requestor’s association with the business entity (if applicable) in order to process cancellations and refunds under this policy. SimpleTexting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine and/or deny your eligibility to take advantage of this policy.
Cancellation and Refund Process: If SimpleTexting determines that you are eligible to take advantage of this policy and that all requirements of this policy have been met, your account will be canceled and a refund equal to the amount of your first monthly Services fee will be issued to the credit card you used to make your payment.
General Policies: SimpleTexting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this offer at any time. SimpleTexting reserves the right to offset any refund amount by an amount equal to unpaid additional fees charged by us or third parties outstanding at the time of the cancellation and refund request. SimpleTexting is not responsible for delays in refunds due to financial institution or credit card processor policies, delays, or closures, or due to inaccurate personal or billing information as such may be provided by the customer or otherwise inputted and maintained in our systems by SimpleTexting.
