5 Real Estate Texting Software, Services, and Platforms That Help Drive More Home Closings

June 30, 2023

Text messaging marketing software is a specialized tool designed to facilitate marketing campaigns through Short Message Service or SMS. Companies can use it to plan, execute, and manage text messaging campaigns to engage with their target audience directly on their mobile devices.

As an expert in the SMS industry, I’ve collaborated with multiple companies relying on SMS marketing for lead generation. This firsthand experience enables me to understand successful SMS campaigns and top players in real estate text messaging software.

To provide reliable recommendations, I personally tested various platforms by:

1. Creating SMS keywords to expand contact lists and evaluating how effectively the tool kept contacts organized and accessible.
2. Sending bulk SMS for real estate marketing campaigns.
3. Building drip campaigns for sending automated messages.
4. Configuring triggers to automate responses to leads.
5. Exploring SMS metrics analytics reports for tracking campaign performance.

Additionally, I thoroughly reviewed customer feedback to identify common praises and complaints, while also noting the pricing packages offered by each platform.

When it comes to the best real estate text messaging software, here are the key features to consider:

• Bulk SMS/Mass Texting: Reach a larger audience faster by sending mass text messages to potential buyers.
• SMS Text Blasts: Personalize and target SMS blasts to specific segments of your contact list for impactful messaging.
• Automated Text Responses: Engage with leads through automated responses for immediate information and assistance.
• Two-Way Conversations: Enable interactive communication and seamless engagement with recipients responding to your messages.
• Keywords: Use custom property keywords to prompt specific actions and grow your contact list.
• List Building Tools: Streamline contact list building and organization for a comprehensive database.
• Reports and Analytics: Track campaign performance with detailed reports and analytics on open rates, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness.
• Integrations: Seamlessly integrate the software with CRM platforms or lead management systems for a cohesive marketing ecosystem.

Finding the best real estate texting service provider involves assessing certain qualities alongside your specific requirements and preferences. These include:

• Ease of Use: Look for a user-friendly provider that allows easy text message management. Even better if they let you sign up for a demo or free trial for firsthand experience.
• Texting-Specific Use Case: Choose a provider specializing in real estate texting to avoid paying for unnecessary features.
• Customer Service: Seek a provider that offers reliable and responsive customer support via live chat, email, and phone for prompt assistance.
• Compliance and Privacy: Ensure the provider follows industry regulations, prioritizes data security, and offers features like opt-in and opt-out management. Such compliance will protect both your real estate business and your clients.
• Scalability and Pricing: Select a provider that can accommodate your expanding real estate business and client base with flexible plans or packages.
• Reputation and Reviews: Partner with a provider with a positive market reputation and excellent user reviews, focusing on reliability, performance, and user experience.
