Every SimpleTexting account is set up with a local number, which you can use for both mass messaging and 1-on-1 communication. However, we’re aware that larger companies have different needs, which is why you can add multiple numbers and multiple team members to your account. This enables different areas of the business to use SimpleTexting simultaneously.
Pricing plans are dependent on the size of your company. Our plans start at $29 for 500 credits, and increases to custom pricing if your company needs more than 50,000 credits.
Yes, if you decide to incorporate enterprise SMS into your business, you will be expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of text messaging. One of the most important is the legal obligation to have customers opt in to receiving your messages, and ensuring they have an easy opt-out option.
