First things first, you should know this update is more than just a fresh coat of paint—we added a new feature, too. You can now create MMS autoresponders! In this post, we’ll show you how to use this new feature and explain a bit of the thinking behind the new look.
Most of you are familiar with autoresponders, but for those who aren’t, they’re messages that go out minutes, hours, days, weeks, or even months after someone joins your list. They’re perfect for automated drip campaigns.
Now, you can make them even more engaging with photos, GIFs, audio clips, and more. When you attach a photo with MMS, it appears directly in the message. Here’s what we mean:

If you’ve already created an SMS autoresponder in the past, you’ll be able to create one with MMS in no time. Just follow the same steps, then flip this toggle:
With this redesign, we set out to make things easier to use and more intuitive. We got rid of distracting elements to make it easier to focus on the important things, like your messages.
The most commonly used features are now grouped together and placed toward the top of the sidebar.
At the top-right hand corner, you’ll notice a help icon. Our site is full of useful resources. A support team, a changelog, plus lots of help center articles and videos, to name a few. This icon lets you access all of these from one convenient location:
Next to these resources, you’ll find your account menu where you can adjust settings such as your billing plan. In the old layout, this menu appeared in different places depending on where you were in the app. Now it’s where it should be—in one place.
