Unlimited keywords for every user

We understand how important it is to organize your contacts and metrics by campaign. That’s why SimpleTexting offers unlimited keywords to everyone, whether you use them for text-to-join, text-to-vote, or text-to-win campaigns.

From there, you can also segment your keyword lists for personalized texting strategies. Those segments are unlimited, too.

Textedly offers up to 100 keywords depending on your plan, but if you plan on paying less than $100 per month, you’ll get two or fewer keywords.

Mobile app available

SimpleTexting has a mobile app available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. It includes all the tools you need to manage your text message marketing campaigns from anywhere, including campaigns, two-way texting, contact management, and automated texts.

On the other hand, Textedly doesn’t have a mobile app. It does have a mobile-optimized site, but it can be harder to manage notifications from your mobile browser compared to a dedicated app. So, if you like to read and reply to texts from your mobile device, it’s trickier with Textedly.

Rollover credits available

To account for changing texting needs month-to-month, SimpleTexting has rollover credits. If you don’t use all the credits on your plan, we’ll roll them over for you to use the next month after your plan credits run out.

Textedly doesn’t offer any rollover credits, meaning you’ll need to use all the credits in your plan for the month or lose them.

If you want to integrate texting into your existing tech stack, SimpleTexting gives you two advanced options: API access and custom integrations. The API works well for businesses that can hire developers to integrate software. Custom integrations suit businesses that would rather have our team create an integration for them.

Textedly doesn’t have any advanced integration options, but it does have Zapier support. SimpleTexting also works with Zapier, so users looking for basic automations don’t have to consider this difference too much in their decision-making.
